Read Morethe nature and meaning of work is going through a profound evolution caused by fear of losing our jobs and having to do more work with less staff. Many employees are beginning to function in a survivalist mode. Employees are hanging on and becoming more resentful and having a difficult time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It is no longer a place that we can express our deep soul and spirit. I agree with Kamala that it is important to be centered in balance which will enliven their individual and collective selves thus creating more of a sense of nourishment and renewal.
